  • If you distribute to retail stores around Australia or even the world then we can assist with packing up these items, boxing correctly and working with the best carrier to get them delivered.

  • Selling online, we work with you so that you can take care of the other important parts of your online store, like marketing, digital strategies and other cool stuff.

  • If you work with a large retailer we can establish EDI connections between their systems and an EDI platform to ensure all orders are managed within the retailer’s specific requirements.

  • We can perform regular stocktakes as per your requirements. However, you will always have access to your stock through our warehouse management system.

  • Our team of customer service superstars love nothing more than putting a smile on your customer’s faces and delivering joy! No challenge is too great for them, and they look to turn any challenge into a positive experience for your customers. They are sales-focused and aim to create more sales for your brand by suggesting different items and upselling where appropriate.

  • We will manage all returns back to the warehouse. These will be checked, steamed (if required for clothing) and packaged back into stock. A report will be provided weekly on these returns.

  • Our warehouse management system provides you with current and up-to-date figures to ensure our stock levels are maintained accurately at all times.
